• Deliveries will be made to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure that the delivery details are accurate to avoid delays.

• While we strive to deliver your order at the chosen time, delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control.

• If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the flowers may be left with a neighbor, security, or reception, or a re-delivery attempt may be made.

Freshness & Care Guidelines

• Fresh flowers are perishable and require proper care to maintain their beauty. Upon delivery, please trim the stems, change the water daily, and keep the flowers in a cool place.

• We include care instructions with each order to help you extend the life of your flowers.

Returns & Refunds Policy

• Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns.

• If your flowers arrive damaged or wilted, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

• An unboxing video is mandatory for any damage-related claims. The video must clearly show the package being opened, along with the issue in question. Without this, we will not be able to process refunds or replacements.

• In case of any quality issues, we may provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Substitution Policy

• Flowers are subject to seasonal availability. If a particular flower or color is unavailable, we may substitute it with a similar flower of equal or higher value, ensuring the overall aesthetic of the arrangement remains intact.

• Substitutions will be made with care and consideration, keeping the style and theme of your order in mind.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date.

• Once the flowers are prepared and out for delivery, cancellations or refunds cannot be processed.
