Cancellation Policy

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please take the time to read our policy carefully. Placing an Order When you place an order with MR Flower Shop, either by telephone or via our website www.mrflowershop.co.in you are deemed to have read and understood the following terms and conditions. Cancelling Your Order • Cancellation Policy: Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the specified delivery date by emailing info@mrflowershop.co.in stating your order number and reason for cancellation. • Once the order has been dispatched, we cannot cancel it due to the perishable nature of the product. • Orders cannot be cancelled during peak periods (such as festivals or special holidays). While we will do our best, cancellation requests during these times cannot be guaranteed. • You will receive an email confirming the cancellation request. Changes to Orders • We can make changes to an order with reasonable notice before dispatch. Once an order has been processed, we cannot amend the details. • For any changes, please contact customer service by email or phone, clearly stating your order number. • If products are returned within 30 days from the day of receipt, refunds will be processed within 14 days. Refunds • Due to the perishable nature of flowers and related products, any complaints or refund requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis. • Opening Video Requirement: To be eligible for a refund, customers must provide an unboxing video showing the condition of the product upon receipt. • If flowers or products are disposed of without photographic evidence, any remedy will be at our discretion. • Refunds will be issued as credits to your account, which can be used for future purchases. Credits cannot be redeemed for cash. • If the customer or recipient refuses to accept the product, or if the address provided is incorrect, we cannot offer a refund. Delivery • Delivery Dates: While we will make every effort to deliver your order on the specified date, we cannot guarantee a specific time for delivery. We use third-party couriers for delivery, and delivery failures due to their errors will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
